Nescafe Dolce Gusto revolutionised the way coffee can be served at home with capsules and machines specially designed to allow consumers to make “cafe-quality” drinks from the comfort of their four walls. 

The launch of the Cold Brew capsules and Genio S machine was an exciting one as consumers were able to enjoy chilled coffee straight from the machine. Following the release, we had to create brand awareness and convert leads into sales. 

Filling in the blanks


The rise of e-commerce and live shopping gave us the opportunity to hold a livestream on Nescafe Dolce Gusto’s merchant page exclusively at Shopee.

To draw more eyes on the livestream, six KOLs of different target groups were engaged to organise giveaways on their respective platforms where the winners were revealed live. Taking the livestream to another level, the hosts made specialty drinks, did live taste tests, and engaged with the audience through fun 5 to 10 minute giveaway segments. Safe to say, we ended the day leaving everyone one step closer to embracing their inner barista.
